Giorgos Karavis was born and grew up on a small island of the Cyclades, Greece named Sifnos. From an early age, he was involved in sports, starting with football, continuing with judo, and now with CrossFit. He has graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science AUTH, with a specialty in weightlifting. He started CrossFit in 2014 and he was mesmerized from the first day. Now he is doing CrossFit at a professional level as an athlete but also as a coach through the programming-team that he has founded. Some of his distinctions as a CrossFit athlete are:

After 6 years of full devotion as an athlete at a professional level and in combination with his studies, he decided to create this program in order to pass on his knowledge and experiences to the rest of the athletes so they can achieve their goals and develop in the sport of fitness.

Τhis program is for people who want to compete at the highest level of the sport. Requires 120'-180' of training a day. 5 Full sessions with Engine/Strength/Gymnastics/Workout (Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday) 1 Active recovery session (Thursday) 1 Full rest day
It is a program that includes almost everything from the elite plan but in a smaller volume. It was created for people who don't have the time required by the elite plan. Requires 60'-70' of training a day. 5 Full sessions with Strength/Gymnastics/Workout (Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday) 1 Active recovery session (Thursday) 1 Full rest day
The individualized program was created to meet the needs of even the most demanding athletes. It is designed and adapted individually on the particularities of each athlete according to the goals he/she sets. Another extra to the individualized plan is that there is daily communication with the coach and video analysis where this is necessary.
